The Big Lie

If you are old enough to remember the Nixon resignation on August 9, 1974, you will remember it was a day for dancing in the streets. The Big Lie about Viet Nam was over.

Ding, Dong, the Wicked Witch Was Dead!

That was at the end of the prolonged prevarication.

At the end of WWII, there was lots of dancing in the streets. The nightmare of Hitler was finally over.

Saturn rules endings and just rewards and governments, but it moves very slowly, too slowly to notice it is doing its work.

Neptune rules ideals and beliefs and illusions and delusions. Neptune often feels good, too good to be true, as in the hangover after the party.

Put the two directly opposite each other and we have a grand delusion that is going to cost us dearly, and when the whole bloody mess is over, we will, like Alice coming back from Wonderland, thankfully drink a cup of Reality Tea.

What came over us, we will wonder? How could we have gone along with The Big Lie for so long?

In case you haven't noticed, the Big Lie is now being ratcheded up concerning Iran. We are being inundated with disinformation concerning Iran as a nuclear threat and plans have already been made to bomb Iran into submission in the same way Lebanon was recently bombed.

This is not such a good idea, because Iran fights back, as will all the Muslim countries, overtly or covertly, as we continue in our March of Folly, inspired by Armaggeddon and various other really stupid Doomsday theories.

We have a really stupid president with a bunch of insane advisors in the background, egging him on and we all sit around our television sets, taken aback by the colossal nerve of the propagandists, who seem to think the public mentality is even more stupid than they are.

We are actually being primed with The Big Lie for WWIII.

Welcome to Saturn opposition Neptune. It comes around about every 36 years to teach us a lesson we didn't want to have to deal with at all. This time, Saturn is in Leo, the sign of the CEO, the grand poohbah, the great leader. Neptune is in Aquarius, the sign of the people, the lower houses of government, the sign of humanitarian changes and scientific advances.

We will be told that this presently planned abomination to mankind is being done as a humanitarian gesture to save humanity.

Sort of like cleansing the human race of the great evil. Killing the poison spider before it kills us. That sort of nonsense. And it will be presented over and over ad infinitum, which is always the methodology of The Big Lie.

If you thought the build-up to the invasion of Iraq was preposterous, you ain't seen nothing yet.

The Big Lie will be with us now Big Time for about a year. Saturn at the 18th degree of Leo was exactly opposite Neptune in Aquarius this morning at 2:53 a.m. PDT.

Like Mel Gibson, the American public is going to be wastin' away in MargaritaVille -- pumped up for blood and ready for a fight.
Blue body paint and all, we're going to look pretty dumb when we're being booked for arrest.

Somebody in high office will take a fall, like Humpty Dumpty on the Wall, and all the Kings Horses and All the Kings Men, will not put Humpty Dumpty Together Again.
